A probable post-medieval hooked tag (dress hook). The copper-alloy tag is ovoid in shape with an oval attachment loop at the broadest end. It tapers towards a hook at the other end, curving towards the back of the object, though the hook is broken and missing. The front is adorned with elaborate cast decoration depicting a central figure surrounded with curvilinear floral patterns. The rear is undecorated and plain. No parallels have yet been found, but based upon the decorative style the tag is likely to date from the 17th to 18th centuries in date. It measures 46.8 mm long, 25.6 mm wide, 2 mm thick and weighs 8.7 grams.
