A fitting with a short integral rivet, possibly a component of a swivel fitting. The rivet sits on the back of a domed oval plate which is decorated with punched pits on its circumference. From the dome projects a much larger three-sided projection whose sides are bowed outwards. The projection is decorated with groups of lateral grooves, pairs of pits on the two corners and projecting 'ears'.
