Post Medieval cast copper alloy mount; the central body is 'key hole' shaped, formed of a circle and triangle. There is a small triangular terminal extending from the circular section and a square terminal extending from the base of the triangulae section. The reverse has two integrally cast lugs bent at right angles. It is 22.70mm long, 8.05mm wide, 1.49mm thick increasing to 4.88mm to include the rivets, and it weighs 1.33 grams. It has a dark green-grey patina and the surface is slightly pitted.
