Copper alloy

Fitting. A thick curved cast object, possibly bent around a former or the edge of another object. Three sharply moulded circumferential ribs are set centrally on its convex surface; the central rib expands forming a triangular field at each edge, where it is flanked by the other two ribs. Suggested date: Late Iron Age, 300 BC to 100 AD.

Length/Height: 15.17mm, Thickness: 3.63mm, Weight: 9.50gms.
