Cast copper alloy Roman toilet implement, 1st-2nd century in date.
It has a broken loop at the top before a beaded collar. The stem is circular in section and narrows towards the end. It is bent half way down and the end could be broken although it is worn so difficult to tell. This would probably have been part of a set hanging from a chatelaine with other items.
