Mesolithic to Neolithic flint flake. The flake has a long but shallow bulb of percussion, the flint curves slightly on the ventral surface towards the distal end. The dorsal surface has three ridges along its length where previous flakes have been removed. There is a small amount of light brown cortex on the left hand side. The surface of the flint is slightly repatinated, giving it a light blue-grey colour. There is a small area of more recent damage revealing a mid-grey colour below. The flake is 59.19mm long, 25.22mm wide, 12.55mm thick and it weighs 22.4 grams.
