Two Post Medieval cast animal bells. The first bell is cast in copper alloy. It has a square suspension loop, with only half of both the upper and lower hemisphere surviving. There is a central raised rib dividing the hemispheres. The lower hemisphere is decorated with a petal design. The upper hemisphere has two raised quatrefoil motifs either side of the suspension loop. It is 38.11mm long, 29.80mm in diameter and weighs 18.12 grams. The second bell is cast in pewter, and is complete except for its suspension loop. There is a slightly pronounced rib dividing the upper and lower hemispheres. There is a incised petal design decorating both hemispheres. The iron pea survives. The bell is 33.49mm in diameter and weighs 39.77 grams.
