The tip of a knapped flint arrowhead. It comes to a sharp point with regularly tapering sides and an irregular snap along the edge opposite the point. Both sides are covered by invasive shallow retouch with more abrupt retouch at the edges. It measures 28.5mm long, 18.5mm wide, 4.9mm thick and it weighs 2.00 grams.
Without the lower half of the arrowhead it is hard to be sure of its original form. The straight sides however may suggest it was a Late Neolithic to Middle Bronze Age (c. 2500 BC - c.1150 BC) barbed and tanged arrowhead rather than a lead shaped Earlier Neolithic example.
