A large, crude but heavily utilised Mesolithic core. Multiple blades and bladelets have been removed from its surface. No attempt has been made to rejuvenate this core. 10% of the surface still retains its natural cortex. There is evidence around the edge of the platform for platform preparation. It has been formed from a mid orange-brown flint, with patches of lighter and darker material within the flint matrix.
