A copper alloy leg from a tripod or cauldron. The leg is traingular in cross-section and decorated with a large rib down the apex. The leg tapers to the terminal, which is in the form of a three-toed foot or hoof. The top end of the leg where it would have met the bowl is concave. There is sooting on the reverse.
