Roman copper alloy plate brooch, 28mm in diameter and 7mm thick. The object is in fair condition and weighs 5.26grams. The brooch is circular and is decorated with a series of concentric circles forming enamel cells, with a band of red and green enamel still present. Its outer edge is decorated with a series of spherical knops, some of which are now missing. The reverse holds part of a catchplate and a pin lug.
