Repair Clip. Strip of sheet metal with each end cut to three sided form and with irregular perforations (of diameters 4.4mm) close to each end; the perforations are formed by objects having been driven through the sheet. Folded about one third of the way along its length, to fit round an object – perhaps a vessel rim – of about 5mm thickness. Overall, standard of work is poor. Suggested date: Post-Medieval to Modern, 1600-1900.
