Copper alloy mount dating from the Medieval to the Post-Medieval period, (1100-1700). The object is lozenge shaped and consists of sheet copper alloy. At one end there is a circular rivet hole and at the opposite end is a broken rivet hole. Both sides of the object have been broken. A linear star shape has been incised into the upper surface. The reverse is undecorated. The object is worn and in poor condition. It has a mid green patina.
