This is probably a 1st - 2nd Century greyware vessel. Three Roman pottery sherds.

1) 75g. A wheelmade base/body sherd, with only a small portion of the base surviving. The body is undecorated and rises at a 45 degree angle. This is probably from a 1st - 2nd Century greyware vessel.

2) 41g. A wheelmade pedestral base sherd, badly worn and damaged. This is probably from a 1st - 2nd Century greyware vessel.

3) 9.7g. A fine wheelmade rim sherd from a colour coated vessel. The rim proper has a double lipped rim, with a groove cut beneath the lower lip.
