A plain, medieval to post medieval copper alloy belt mount circa 1400 - 1600. The mount has an undecorated teardrop form with knops to each end. There are two fixing prongs on the rear surface. The surface is much corroded with some remnants of copper sulphate on a mid brown base patina.
