An incomplete copper-alloy small-long brooch dating to the early Anglo-Saxon period. The headplate is flat, square and has a small rectangular wing to either side and above.The wings are decorated with two pair of incised lines, one at the perimeter and one defining the inner edge of the wing from the headplate. The bow is arched,triangular in cross-section and faceted at either end. The foot is missing. There is a single integral loop on the reverse of the headplate. The pin is missing.
