VESSEL

Unique ID: SF8389

Object type certainty: Certain
Workflow status: Published Find published

Probable drop handle from a chafing dish or similar vessel. It consists of a bar, pentagonal in cross-section, which flares slightly towards an obtuse angle. Beyond the angle the cross-section changes to more oval. Both ends are broken (old breaks). The pentagonal-section length has lots of filemarks. Perhaps related to the handle lug sf1099/8388.
