Obverse description: Mitre in profile on the left, with pellet in its right half and two short lines in its left half, and a cross-hatched inside. On the right is a crozier with crook curling to the left.
Obverse inscription: 3 relief ring borders with short oblique lines joining the inner two.
Reverse description: Long cross with three pellets in each quarter. Similar to Rigold's no. X B 6 (Plate XI e).
Reverse inscription: Wavy line border.
Unmasked grid reference accurate to a 10 metre square.
