A lead alloy vessel lid, incomplete due to an old break. This lid is rectangular in shape with rounded corners measuring 43mm in length and 19mm in width. One vertical side remains which is 10mm in depth. The top face of the lid has moulded decoration in the shape of a frog, viewed from above. The frogs body fills the top face and is front and hind limbs are visible as are two round protruding eyes and a small snout. The underside of the lig is undecorated. Due to the style of the decoration it is likely that this lid is post-medieval in date.
