Pipeclay tobacco pipe. Moulded bowl and part of the stem of a tobacco pipe with a small flat-ended spur below bowl. The pipe bowl is decorated with vertical fluting, limited by a horizontal cordon 7mm below the rim. This pipe was recovered along with other, commemorative, tobacco pipes dated to 1902. Suggested date: Modern, c.1902. Diameter of bowl: 24.95mm, Height of bowl (from spur to rim): 45.50mm, Length (along stem) to bowl: 46.93mm, Weight: 15.22g.
