Iron Age-Roman copper alloy cosmetic mortar, 57mm long, 13mm wide and 14mm thick. The object is in fair condition and weighs 19.62grams. The object is crescentic in form and U shaped in section. It tapers in width to each end, with one end being longer and thinner. The opposite end would have had a loop but now only a small shaft to which this would have been fixed is present.
