Rim fragment from a 12th to 13th century cooking pot. The fabric is reduced, mid grey in colour and has sand with grits temper. The upper part of the wall flared out slightly (at 70 degrees to horizontal) and ends is a plain, squared off rim. The original external diameter was c.100mm, it weighs 18.55 grams, abraded breaks.
