A copper alloy single oval looped D shaped buckle dating from 1350-1400. It is an example of a Meols type 10 buckle, with two prominent lobed knops flanking three grooves on the outer edge. The bar is offset and narrowed. The pin and plate are missing. It has a length of 22.83mm, width 19.13mm, thickness 2.67mm, weight 2.88g. For reference see Meols page 84.
