A copper alloy fragment from a Middle Bronze Age palstave. It comes from the butt end, and is a rectangular shape with triangular sides thickening to form flanges on both sides of the object. It measures 23.68mm in width, 15.78mm in surviving length and the flanges are 11.56mm and 8.28mm in depth. It weighs 12.9g.
