Early Medieval (Anglo-Saxon, 950-1100) cast copper alloy horse harness (strap) fitting. Only the openwork lozengeform terminal survives, which has a central circular hole and a semi-circular knop at three of the angles. The fourth angle has an incomplete projecting arm. It is 26.71mm long, 28.91mm wide, 5.44mm thick and weighs 8.01 grams.
