Copper alloy T-shaped brooch. The wings are cylindrical and have vertical line decoration around the ends. They house the copper alloy axis bar for the hinged pin. The pin is broken with only the expanded head remaining. The bow is D-sectioned and tapers to a very narrow leg and pointed foot. The widest, upper part of the bow is decorated with two moulded longitudinal ridges, terminanting where the bow becomes too narrow. Behind the leg is a large, hooked catchplate.
