between February 1996 and Feb.1998 Mr Myers brought to the YM a small no. of C4th bronzes recovered from a site where 2 Roman hoards had been discovered in 1993 by mssr. Allison and Hunt, see C Barclay 'Haxby, Nirth Yorkshire' CHRB 10,398-405 and C. Barclay 'A Hoard of Fourth Century Bronze Coins From Haxby, North Yorkshire' Spink Numismatic Circular 1994, 155-56. Material recorded here is Haxby B supplementary to original hoard. Supplementary material is v. similar to that previously recorded and is consistent with Haxby B being deposited c AD353-6
