A very worn and corroded 3rd-century copper-alloy Roman radiate probably of Tetricus I, probably 'SPES PUBLICA', probably Gaul mint I (c. 271 - c. 274 AD; Reece issue period 13; cf. Normanby 1481). The strike to the flan is seemingly off centre.
