Copper alloy Tiny cast oval buckle frame with integral sub-circular plate and separate looped pin. Eight irregularly spaced decorative punched impressions surround a rivet (length 5mm) set centrally on the plate; the other end of rivet is burred. Suggested date: Early medieval, c.700-1000. Length: 17.22mm, Width: 12.57mm, Thickness: 2.39mm. Weight: 1.8gms.
