A medieval, Scottish, silver coin: a penny of David II (1329-71), probably second issue (1357 - 1367), probably bust A. It is 19mm in diameter and 1mm thick. It weighs 1.09gm. The obverse is slightly double struck. For reference a similar example can be seen in Coins of Scotland and Ireland p. 18, number 5114.
