A cast copper alloy mount of post-medieval date. The mount is sub-rectangular with pinted ends and has a transverse raised bar in the centre. The reverse has two integral spikes both of which are now broken. The metal has a dark greenish-black patina and is very worn. The mount is 39.58mm long, 10.12mm wide, 9.26mm thick and weighs 5.5g.
