Notes:
The use of medieval / post-medieval lead tokens is subject of much debate; suggested usages included form of payment, like copper alloy 17th-19th century tokens to counters and game pieces. The initial suggestion is probably closer to the truth - this token, along with the related finds were found in proximity to the apparent site of an old priory or convent - these tokens may have been related to trade and payment for people who worked for or in association with the institution.
