A small hoard of silver ingots. Three pieces are amorphous in size and shape while the forth is cylindrical and curved, similar to a vessel handle fragment.
Notes:
Treasure report from B M Ager:
The find consists of four pieces of silver of various shapes and sizes, including one of thick, curved rod, which may be cut from a failed casting. They appear to be casting debris from their irregular, and/or vesicular surfaces and they all appear to have been cut from larger pieces, seemingly while still hot; lengths, 21, 35, 35 and 50 mm; total weight, 183 grams.
They are undiagnostic and undatable, so do not qualify as Treasure under the stipulated criteria of the Treasure Act.
