One rim sherd of Nene Valley ware. The fabric of the sherd is an white colour with dark brown coloured inclusions which vary in size, but are not frequent. The is shaped like 'T' on its side. The short vertical bar forms a curved, nearly flat '<' shape. The outer surface of this portion of the rim is decorated by two different coloured slips, one yellow/cream, the other brown/red. The slips are alternate linear markings, some set obliquely, others are vertical.
