Manufacture method: Struck or hammered
Completeness: Complete
Denomination: Jetton
Obverse description: The obverse is encrusted with the amalgam described above which has obscured much of the detail, from what survives it seems most likely that the face displays the three circle badges of Tournai. This consists of three circular rings arranged to form a triangle, in each is a lis and in each angle between the circles is a further lis.
Obverse inscription: Lost
Reverse description: The central element is a simple cross with flat axis terminals. In the divided quarters is either a flower or possibly a lis. There is no suggestion of a tressure of arches. The inscription is very worn and mostly illegible.
Reverse inscription: Lost
Degree of wear: Hardly worn: extremely fine
Unmasked grid reference accurate to a 100 metre square.
