An incomplete cast copper alloy Umbonate brooch. The brooch is circular, domed and decorated with eight rounded lugs around the perimeter, one of which is an incomplete suspension loop. The perimeter is flat and decorated with a deep channel before the central dome. The central dome is decorated with a central ring and dot and two bands of upward pointed circular cells. The ring is decorated with blue enamel. The inner band contains ten cells, six of which contain red enamel. The outer band contains twelve cells though all are missing enamel. The reverse contains two lugs for a hinged pin and a catchplate.
