Silver gilt Post-Medieval posy-ring The ring is formed of a board flat band with exterior ridges in relief top and bottom, in between in the inscription + HART x BE x TRU. The ring is gilt, this has been worn off on the extremities.

Date: Late 16th century Early 17th century


Similar examples have been recorded under the 1996 Treasure Act such as 2004 T111 Treasure Annual Report 2003, Department of Culture Media and Sport. Pp136, 294. This artefact was reported under the 1996 Treasure Act. 2007 T383
