The wings are semi-cylindrical with wing caps which support the axis bar. The spring is coiled around the axis bar. The pin no longer remains. A portion of the spring across over the spring and through a hook which is place at the top of the bow head. The bow head is very angular forming a right-angle form the bow head to the bow. The bow is rectangular in section. The decoration on the bow consists of a high-relief rectangle which had two small sub-rectangular indentation at either end of the triangle. The bow is incomplete.
