A copper-alloy jetton of early post-medieval date. This is an example of the common Rose/Orb series. It was struck at Nuremberg by Hans Krauwinckel II, AD 1586 - 1635. It is most closely paralleled with Mitchiner nos. 1529 - 1532 (1988, p. 440). The jetton is slightly worn and corroded and has a small pierced hole close to the edge. It measures 21.2mm in diameter, 0.2mm thick and weighs 0.94g.
