A Post Medieval cast copper alloy clothing fastener. The fastener has an oval boss with three attachment loops; one at the top of the oval and two to either side of the base. A short broken rectangular length of copper alloy, possibly a strap, projects from the base of the oval between the two attachment loops. The front is decorated with a foliate design, the reverse is hollow. Circa 1500-1700 AD. Dimensions: length 39.73mm; width 16.75mm; thickness 4.46mm; weight 6.2g
