Very worn wall sherd of a Medieval vessel, dating from c. AD1200-1500. The sherd is very worn, espeically around the breaks, but it seems that it was made from a light-grey or white-ish fabric with a darker grey slip on the outside. It has frequent inclusions: irregular voids (limestone); light-coloured, glistening flakes (quartz) and dark-coloured black dull grains, possibly flint or igneous rock.
