Small waste blade, core trimming flake, of late Mesolithic date (6500-3500 BC). The blade has a small area of cortex on the outer edge and shows several distinct facets where previous blades have been removed. There is no retouch present. It is a mid- grey colour with a slightly milky whit coloured patina. It measures 21.4mm length, 10mm width is 4.4mm thick and weighs 0.99 grams
