A scatter of worked flint dating to the Mesolithic period, including blade and bladelet cores, blades, bladelets and waste flakes. Some have been utilised and show signs of use wear and retouch. The majority of the flakes are secondary or tertiary flakes, suggesting the roughing out of the blanks may have occurred elsewhere. The cores and large flakes have been reworked down to small pieces, suggesting curation of material. According to the finder, there was previously an obvious rise within the field which was densely covered in flints. Due to ploughing, the flints are now more scattered over the field. This summary record has been created to allow all the records to be linked.
