Copper alloy dolphin brooch. Short tubular wings which taper to flat ends. They are decorated with incised lines around circumference and the edge of the folded metal can be seen at the back. This has been decorated with a band of diagonal lines. Wings house axis bar. Pin is missing. There is a raised leaf shape at the head decorated with incised herringbone lines. Below on the bow is a second raised panel decorated with three small circular recesses around a raised triangle. Longitudinal line and dot decoration along the bow to which tapers to a plain foot. There is a small catchplate at the foot.
