A flint blade of probable late Mesolithic to early Neolithic date. This sub-rectangular blade has lost a small part of its distal edge, but is otherwise complete. The tool is of trapezoidal section and has evidence of re-touching on the central part of one vertical side. At the top is a small portion of the core platform and a diffuse bulb-of-percussion. The flint is mottled dark brownish-grey in colour. The tool measures 37.9mm long, 19.9mm wide and 3.8mm thick. The weight is 3.44g.
