Medieval copper alloy mount, 26mm in diameter, and 18mm high. The object is in fair condition with a brown patina and weighs 7.26grams. The object consists of a sub circular plate which is slightly domed and has and edge formed of six rounded protrusions. These are joined by incised lines, forming a six petal shape. The mount has a rectangular sectioned shaft, which tapers, emerging from the centre of its underside.
