Cast cu-alloy looped hook dating from the late medieval or early modern period, i.e. c. AD1500-1900. It is very short, its hooked and looped end still intact and undamaged. It is possible that this was a medieval or post-medieval curtain hook, but being not as flimsy and roughly made as they usually are, it may be more likely that it was used a post-medieval household tool.
