One rim sherd of probable Nene Valley colour-coated ware pottery of Roman date. The rim has a small external bead and probably formed part of a large beaker which had a rim diameter of c. 10cm. The fabric is a slightly oxidised buff and the vessel has a mid greyish-brown slip both internally and externally. Dimensions: 39.4mm by 21mm by 5.5mm Weight: 7.1g
