Part of a cast copper alloy leg from a metal cooking vessel such as a cauldron or skillet. The leg measures 24.5mm by 27.2mm by 15.2 mm and weighs 37.6g. It has a trapezoidal cross-section. The internal face is flat and the external face would have had three vertical linear mouldings, which are hard to see on this example as it is very worn. It would have been one of three legs on a complete vessel.
