A cast copper alloy signet ring of probable post-medieval date. The ring measures 27.9mm in diameter, 9.7mm in width, 3.8mm in thickness and weighs 8.5g. The ring is corroded but the bezel appears to have formerly been in the form of a flat hexagon. The shoulders of the loop expand into the bezel. The motif or initials on the bezel cannot be discerned due to wear and corrosion. The hoop has a circular cross-section.
